After-sales Service Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support.
1. Order & Shipment Inquiry
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to update on the carrier website.
- If your package shows no update for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after you receive the item. Goods must meet all the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Not marked as final sale / clearance items (Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged).
- Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the error is our fault (wrong item, defective item, missing parts).
3. Refund Process
- Contact our support team to submit a return request, include your order number, photos/videos of the product.
- We will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a return authorization.
- After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.
- The refund will go back to your original payment method. Bank refund delays may vary by card issuer.
4. Damaged / Wrong Item / Quality Issue
If you receive broken, defective or incorrect products:
- Please send clear photos or short videos within 48 hours after delivery.
- We offer 3 solutions for your choice: ✅ Resend a new item for free ✅ Partial refund without returning the goods ✅ Full refund after returning the item We will cover the shipping cost for our mistake.
5. Non-returnable Cases
- Final sale, clearance, personalized/custom engraved products
- Items damaged by improper use, man-made damage, washing
- Lost package due to incorrect address provided by customers
- Packages marked as delivered by courier but stolen/lost at your doorstep (we suggest adding signature confirmation)
