Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you can find all information about shipping, delivery time and fees.

1. Processing Time

All orders need 1–3 business days to process before shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales, holidays or peak seasons, processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends and official holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time

Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days Note: Estimated time is for reference only, not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, weather, carrier issues or peak season.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 2–7 business days to update on the courier system after shipment. If there is no tracking update for more than 10 business days, please contact our support with your order number.

5. Customs & Import Duties

CIF:Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your country. We will not mark the package as "gift" to avoid customs duties as it violates customs regulations.

DDP:Seller are responsible for any import tax, customs duty, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your country.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided by customers. Address modification is only available before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address.
